An experienced manager and educator in public and private sectors, Dr. Consedine has over 25 years of experience teaching and training in university and international organizations and upper echelons of multinational corporations. She specializes in negotiations and conflict resolution, is a program leader at the McGill International Executive Institute in Montreal and was a training affiliate of the International Centre for Constructive Conflict Resolution, Columbia University for 15 years. She has worked in North America, the Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, Eastern and Southern Africa, and South Asia.
A lawyer since 1989, Joelle worked for the International Arbitration Court in Paris with a diverse group of European arbitrators and mediators. She offered negotiation, mediation and arbitration services on the internet for national and international conflicts with eResolution. At the National Bank Financial Group in Montreal, Joelle was Ombudsman and later Vice-President, Human Resources where she negotiated agreements in collaboration with regulatory authorities. Recognized for her communications experience and skills, she now works as a coach, counselor, mediator and negotiator in diverse conflicts and teaches negotiation and conflict resolution.
Mr. Glaude has 20 years experience in research, sales negotiations and human resource management. During his career with an international pharmaceutical firm, he was an innovative and inspiring leader in the senior management team. An experienced facilitator and coach, he combines effective communication and integrity with a respect for organizations and their people.
An accomplished communications expert, with a Master’s Degree in Intercultural Communications, Sara has over 10 years international experience. She has been as Associate of Maracon since 2005, working first as a Program Coordinator and later as a Designer and Facilitator. Sara lives in the United States.
